Panda Express coming to South Strabane

South Strabane Township Manager Jeff Ziegler confirmed the ongoing construction would be a new location for the fast-food chain, which serves American-style Chinese food. It is being built next door to 7 Brew Coffee, which will operate out of a prefabricated structure dropped into place last month. According to Ziegler, Panda Express will open in about three months. Representatives of Panda Express did not respond to an emailed request for comment. According to the restaurant’s website, there are more than 2,300 locations nationwide.
