Ringgold set to graduate 185 students

Ringgold High School will hold its commencement on Friday, June 5, at 7 p.m. at Joe Montana Stadium, with 185 students graduating.

Miranda Santina is valedictorian, and Ella George is salutatorian.

Miranda is the daughter of Joshua and Tonya Santina.

She was president of the Science Club and the Lighthouse Club, and a member of the Recycling Club, Art Club, National Honor Society, The Future is Mine, and Outdoor Adventure Club. She was president and founder of Christian Community Outreach.

Miranda was captain of the soccer team, where she earned several honors, and a member of Century United Soccer.

She will attend University of Pittsburgh Greensburg campus where she plans to major in management with a concentration in finance.

Ella is the daughter of Todd and Heather George.

She was treasurer of the National Honor Society, and a member of the Lighthouse Club, Interact Club, and The Future is Mine. She was a member of the Teen Outreach Advisory Panel.

Ella plans to attend Washington & Jefferson College, where she will major in nursing.
