Washington commissioners to host municipal briefings
The Washington County Board of Commissioners will host two municipal briefings with local leaders from all 66 municipalities across the county.
The meetings will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 6 to 7 p.m. and Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. at Washington Crossroads Building, 95 W. Beau St., Washington, in room G-16.
A presentation on topics including public safety projects, human services resources, economic development, and grant funding will be held, followed question and answer session with leaders to answer their questions and concerns. The same programming will be held at both sessions.
It is the second annual municipal briefing with local leaders.
