Child sexual abuse material: Dominic James Wright, 31, of Canton Township, was charged Thursday by state police with possession of child sexual abuse material and criminal use of a communication facility. According to the criminal complaint, in July 2019 OneDrive reported that an illicit image had been uploaded to one of its accounts. In February 2020, police served a search warrant at Wright’s home in the 100 block of Dorothy Avenue and seized a laptop that allegedly contained child sexual abuse material. However, Wright had moved out of the residence. Investigators made contact with Wright in March 2025. Police said he admitted to being the owner of the laptop. There is an active warrant for Wright’s arrest.

Child sexual abuse material: Michael Charlton, 41, of Fallowfield Township, was charged Thursday by state police with possession of child sexual abuse material. According to the criminal complaint, messaging app Kik reported in July 2024 that a user had uploaded multiple files that depicted the sexual abuse of children. In September 2025, police served a search warrant at Charlton’s home at 100 Park Street. Police said he admitted to using the accounts associated with the illicit material. There is an active warrant for Charlton’s arrest.
