A memorial service for Robert Wayne Windsheimer, who died November 25, 2012, will be held at 11:45 a.m. Thursday, December 6, in Taucher Funeral Home, Burgettstown. Internment will be held in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township, with full military rites accorded by Burgettstown Veterans of Foreign Wars.
