John Jeffrey Eisiminger

John Jeffrey Eisiminger, 42, of Waynesburg, died Monday, April 15, 2013, in Washington Hospital, from injuries suffered in a traffic accident.

He was born December 6, 1970, in Waynesburg, a son of Gary Pete Eisiminger and Dietta Scritchfield Eisiminger of Waynesburg.

Mr. Eisiminger was a 1988 graduate of Waynesburg Central High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Persian Gulf War.

He worked as a building contractor.

Mr. Eisiminger resided most of his life in Waynesburg, where he was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching NASCAR races.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a brother, Perry Ewing Eisiminger of Waynesburg; five children, Jacob, Caleb, Allison, Dereck and Christopher; and his fiancée, Erian Tennant of Waynesburg.

Deceased are his grandparents, Jack and Ruth Eisiminger and Arthur and Ruby Kathleen Scritchfield.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 19, with the Rev. Larry A. Douglas officiating, followed by burial in Greene County Memorial Park, Morgan Township, with graveside military honors by American Legion Post 330 and the U.S. Army.
