Pasqualina “Patty” Augustine, 87, of Washington, formerly of Donora, died Tuesday, April 9, 2013, in Presbyterian SeniorCare, Washington.

She was born Sunday, April 4, 1926, in Donora, a daughter of the late Attilio and Rose DePetro Muziani.

Also deceased are her husband, Defendo Augustine, and a sister, Carmella Smith.

Surviving are a daughter, Kathy (Tom) Pienkowski of Washington; a son, David (Vicki) Augustine of Virginia; four grandchildren, Matt Pienkowski, Laura (Jason) Swinchock, Alexandra Augustine and Justina Augustine; a brother, Frank (Rosemary) Muziani of Irwin; a niece, Rosanne (Jim) Tingley of Maryland; and a great-nephew, William Tingley of Maryland.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of service, Saturday, April 20, in Anthony L. Massafra Funeral Home and Cremation Service Inc., 40 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900, with the Rev. Pierre Falkenhan officiating. Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora. Memorials may be made to Citizens Library and Presybterian SeniorCare, both in Washington.
