Active First Baptist Church member

Norma Dillie, 80, of Washington, died Tuesday, August 6, 2013, in Washington Hospital.

She was born August 31, 1932, in Deemston, a daughter of Henry Croft and Donna Porter Croft.

Mrs. Dillie graduated from East Bethlehem High School and Penn Commercial.

For 33 years, she worked as the office manager at Family Circle.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, where she served as church clerk and was a member of the choir and bell choir.

Mrs. Dillie enjoyed flower gardening and watching hummingbirds.

Her first husband, Richard Gregg, died in 1994.

In May 1996, she married Ronald R. Dillie, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Harry Gregg (Mary Beth) of Sea Girt, N.J.; three stepdaughters, Rhonda Grose (Mark) of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Stacey Zappi (Ed) of Avella and Jamie Cummins (Earl) of Fuquay-Varina, N.C.; two brothers, Charles Croft of Washington and Bob Croft (Dorothy) of Morgantown, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Bryan and Sarah Gregg; and two great-grandchildren, Dylan and Aiden Gregg.

Deceased are two brothers, Paul and Dwayne Croft; and four sisters, Ruth Croft, Mildred Lawrence, Wilma Muirhead and Mary Ellen Croft.

Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, August 9, with the Rev. Steve Dunlap officiating.
