Eleanor T. Dimmack

50-year member of Church of the Covenant
Eleanor T. Dimmack, 93, of Washington, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013, in Wesbury United Methodist Retirement Community, Meadville.
She was born May 11, 1920, in Washington, a daughter of the late Oscar and Lucy Hostutler Thompson.
On November 24, 1949, she married Frank B. Dimmack Sr., who passed away July 26, 1971.
Mrs. Dimmack was a graduate of Washington High School and had worked as a beautician.
She was a 50-year member of Church of the Covenant in Washington. She was a member of Martha V. Paul Chapter 404 of Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are a son, Frank B. Dimmack and wife Sharon G. of Franklin; three grandchildren, Joshua Dimmack, Sean Dimmack and wife Amanda and Kelli Flinchbaugh and husband Vernon “Buddy”; four great-grandchildren, Selina Clark, Bill Clark, Stormi Flinchbaugh and Mac Flinchbaugh; three nieces, Joan Minton, Joyce Ann Thompson and Susan Corbett; and three nephews, Lee Minton Jr., Richard Dimmack and David Dimmack.
Deceased, in addition to her parents and her husband, are two sisters, Helen Minton and Kate Land, and a brother, James Thompson.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 19, in Church of the Covenant chapel, 267 East Beau Street, Washington. Interment will take place in Washington Cemetery.
