Betty Jean Snyder Hudson, 84, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Carmichaels, died at 2:50 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2013, in Marian Manor, Pittsburgh.
She was born April 22, 1929, in Cumberland Township, Greene County, a daughter of the late Elmer Clinton and Lulu Daniels Snyder.
Mrs. Hudson was baptized in First United Methodist Church of Carmichaels.
Surviving are a son, David R. Hudson and wife Denise of Virginia, and seven nieces and nephews, along with Sandy Sluganski and her children of Pittsburgh.
Deceased are five brothers, Elmer Carl Snyder, Edward L. Snyder, William Snyder, James W. Snyder and John William Snyder, and five sisters, Ada Reagan, Della Sluganski, Ethel Johnson, Mary S. Coutry and Edna R. Sluganski.
Family and friends are welcome to attend a graveside committal of her cremains at 11 a.m. Monday, August 26, in Greene County Memorial Park, 1003 Jefferson Road, Morgan Township, with the Rev. Bruce R. Judy officiating.
