William E. Phillips, 68 plus one day, of Buford, Ga., formerly of Weirton, W.Va., was surrounded by his family when he went to be with the Lord Monday, December 16, 2013.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy Garceau Phillips, along with other family members.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 10 until the time of service at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 21, in Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger Street, 304-242-2311.
