Angela Therese Williams Heeter
Angela Therese “Tracy” Williams Heeter, 77, of McClellandtown (Sunshine Hollow), passed away Sunday, February 17, 2013, in Uniontown Hospital.
She was born July 5, 1935, in Buffalo, N.Y., a daughter of Kenneth Harold and Derna Passalaqua Williams, both now deceased.
Affectionately known as “Tracy,” she was an active member of Jacobs Evangelical Lutheran Church. Along with her husband, Glenn, she owned and operated Heeter Greenhouse. She was also an avid supporter of the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
Surviving are her husband, Glenn Heeter; children Ed Phillips of Grapevine, Texas, Sharon Reep of Wakeman, Ohio, Debbi Trembley of Springfield, Ohio, and Rachel Parker of Vermillion,Ohio; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers and sister Beverly Jorgensen, Derna Bell, Lana Gill, Mary David, Jackie Uhlemann, Victoria Passalaqua and Anthony Passalaqua; and stepchildren Dave Heeter, Karen Doyteck, Cheryl Leighty and Jennie Russell.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in H. David McElroy Funeral Home, 803 Main Street, McClellandtown. Additional visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, the time of service, Wednesday, February 20, in Jacobs Lutheran Church, McClellandtown, with Pastor Becky Dittenhafer will officiating. Interment will follow in Jacobs Lutheran Cemetery.
