Anna P. Nickel, 90, died Tuesday, January 1, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the beloved wife of the late Edward J. Nickel; loving mother of Kate (Bracken) Burns, Karla (Doug) Raymond, Karolyn (Don) Dazen and Kim M. Nickel; sister of the late Mildred Deitz; and grandmother of Bracken Jr., Colleen, Rebecca, Christopher and Scott.

Also surviving are five great-grandchildren, Aliya, Bracken III, Trey, Jackson and Kaitlin.

Friends are welcome from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Friday in William Slater Funeral Service, 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Township. A Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 5, in St. Margaret of Scotland Church, Green Tree.
