Sheila J. Milligan Jackson
Sheila J. Milligan Jackson, 73, of Washington, died Thursday, January 17, 2013, in Washington Hospital. She had been in declining health.
She was born March 20, 1939, in Washington, a daughter of the late Joseph and Eva Newell Phillips.
Mrs. Jackson had worked from 1966 to 1982 at RCA/Tac-Tec, and later as an assembler for Black Box Corp.
Her first husband was William L. Milligan. Her second husband, William Jackson, died April 9, 2006.
Surviving are three sons, Gary (Carolyn) Milligan of Washington, James (Renee) Milligan of Claysville and Richard (Kathi) Milligan of Washington; a daughter, Brenda (James) Miller of Washington; two brothers, Richard (Margaret) Phillips of Elizabethtown and Earl (Linda) Phillips of Washington; two sisters, Marie (Fred) Allen and Marcia Chambers, both of Washington; 12 grandchildren, Clint (Shannin) Flowers, Jacin (Emily) Flowers, Lauren Miller, Ashley Milligan, James Walker Miller, James Milligan Jr., Nathan Milligan, Caitlin Hanna, Jeremy Hanna, Bryan Milligan, Erika Milligan and Richie Milligan; seven great-grandchildren, Dylan, Jordan, Cody, Tanner, Colby and Trevor Flowers and Coralynn Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a son, William L. Milligan Jr., and a sister, Janet Swalin.
