Josephine J. Cowger
Josephine J. “Tuttie” Cowger, 66, of Jefferson, formerly of Carmichaels, died Wednesday, January 30, 2013, in her home, with her loving family by her side, after a brief illness.
She was born August 31, 1946, in East Bethlehem Township, a daughter of the late Charles and Eva Ware Cowger.
Surviving are a brother, Charles Cowger of Lake Ariel; several nieces and nephews, the closest of which were Chett C. Crouser III, Wanda M. Crouser and Loretta Crouser; and a brother-in-law, Chester C. Crouser Jr. of Jefferson.
Deceased are several brothers and sisters, the most significant of which was her sister, Wanda E. “Babe” Crouser.
