Nursing aide enjoyed the Steelers and wrestling
Janel M. “Ginger” Harvey, 63, of Prosperity, formerly of Washington, died Wednesday, July 3, 2013, in Donnell House, Washington.
She was born December 17, 1949, in Connellsville, a daughter of Deloris Hall.
Mrs. Harvey had worked at Strabane Woods of Washington as a certified nursing aide.
She liked the Steelers, wrestling, going to the beach and, most importantly, the time she spent with her family.
Surviving are three sons, John Duchi (Priscilla) of Washington, James Duchi (Angie) of Prosperity and Michael Jackson of Washington; 10 grandchildren, John Jr., Faith, Nicholas, Citana, James Jr. and Erica Duchi and Isaiah, Nate, Mike and Tarahja Jackson; three great-grandchildren; brother John Hall (Judy) of Toledo, Ohio; sister Mary Hall of Washington; best friend Vicki Chandler; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner/supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 8. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
