Inez E. Fike Horner

Inez E. Fike Horner, 75, of Waynesburg, died at 11:50 a.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013, in her home.
She was born Sunday, December 19, 1937, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Joseph W. Fike and Effie Mae McDowell Fike.
Mrs. Horner was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Ruff Creek. She also was a member of Women of the Moose 888 of Waynesburg.
She had worked for 39 years as a tester for Pennsylvania Alltel Inc. She retired April 4, 1997.
Her husband, Richard C. Horner, whom she married September 1, 1962, died March 18, 2006.
Surviving are sister Margaret “Peg” Ross of Waynesburg; brother Jack A. (Sue) Fike of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are three brothers, Fred Allen Fike, Martin Louis Fike and Robert C. Fike.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or services. Private graveside services will be held at a later date at Olive Cemetery in Pentress, W.Va., with Pastor David Earnest officiating. Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home Inc., Daryl L.
