Nancy L. Powell Kay, 72, of McDonald, passed away Friday, July 19, 2013, in her home.
She was the daughter of the late Chester and Catherine “K.C.” Gorman Powell.
Mrs. Kay was a housekeeping supervisor for Community Medical Center.
She was a member of St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church and McDonald Lioness Club.
Mrs. Kay enjoyed reading, working with Meals On Wheels and caring for her grandchildren.
Surviving are sons Tom Reynolds of McDonald and Shawn Reynolds of the state of California; grandchildren Thomas Reynolds III, Michael Reynolds, Christina Reynolds and Dallas Reynolds; and brothers and sister Patrick Powell of McDonald, Ronald Powell of the state of California, Janet Fowler of Oakdale and Randy Powell of Florida.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, in St. Alphonsus Church, McDonald.
