South Hills dentist enjoyed woodworking
Regis P. Englert, D.D.S., 77, of Bridgeville, died Thursday, July 25, 2013.
He was the beloved husband of the late Jean Yvonne Sweringen Englert; loving father of Bill (Sheryl) Englert, Cheryl Englert, Paula (Greg) Bohatch, Michael Ivkovich, Danielle Ivkovich and the late Richard Englert; dear brother of Kathleen DeLuca and Raymond (Eleanor) Englert; and cherished grandfather of Dillon Englert, Derek Englert, Allen Foster, David McLarnon, Thomas McLarnon, Megan Bohatch and Nicole Bohatch.
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Dr. Englert served in the U.S. Public Health Service during the Korean War and practiced dentistry in the South Hills for 48 years.
He was a pilot and avid photographer and enjoyed woodworking, fishing and gardening.
Dr. Englert will be greatly missed by his family and many dear friends.
