1922 – 2013

Louvima G. “Honey” Roth, 90, of Houston, died Thursday, July 25, 2013, in Washington County Health Center, Chartiers Township.

She was born December 23, 1922, in Canonsburg, a daughter of Sherman and Ann Cartwright Adams.

Mrs. Roth worked at Mayview Hospital as a psychiatric aide for 12 years.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading mystery novels and solving crossword puzzles.

On June 23, 1940, she married Harold Kerr Roth, who survives.

Also surviving are son Joseph Wayne Roth (Marie) of Washington; two daughters, Faith Elaine Cubbage (Glenn) of Houston and Cheryl Ann Tarolli of McMurray; six grandchildren, Todd Tarolli, Greg (Bonnie) Tarolli, Jason (Sarah) Tarolli, Lisa Ann (Joel) Congie, Glenn (Bonnie) Cubbage and Juliann (Rob) Wheeler; 11 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Deceased are son Harold Kerr Roth Jr.; two sisters, Elaine Ravovich and Heloise Fabins; and three brothers, William, Clarence and Cornelius S. Adams.

There will be no public viewing or service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home. William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, is handling arrangements.
