Cooper Industries employee

Donald Keith Moore Sr., 80, of Clarksville, died Wednesday, June 26, 2013, in Washington Hospital.

He was born September 19, 1932, in Lone Pine, a son of the late William and Dorothy Wates Moore. Mr. Moore was employed by Cooper Industries for 28 years. He was a member of American Legion Edwin Scott Linton Post 175, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 931 and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 22.

Surviving are two sons, William Frank (Cheryl) Moore of Washington and Lee (Pam) Moore of Washington; three daughters, Sally Ann Moore, Donna Sue (Robert) Doak and Karen (Troy) Eckles, all of Washington; a brother, William Moore of Eighty Four; four grandchildren, Lee, Jesse, Troy and John; and a great-grandchild, Haley.

Deceased are a son, Donald Keith Moore Jr.; a brother, Clayton Moore; and a sister, Lorraine Palbalt. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 29. Burial will follow in Washington Cemetery. Full military honors will be accorded by American Legion Edwin Linton Scott Post 175.
