Raymond “Bull” Nelson Clutter, 84, of East Finley Township, died at 1:56 a.m. Sunday, March 3, 2013, in Donnell House, Washington.

Arrangements are incomplete and are under the direction of Rush Funeral Home Inc., Rogersville. A complete obituary will be published in a later edition.
