Dr. Karen L. Hornung, 64, of Charleroi, passed away unexpectedly Monday, March 25, 2013.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 30, in West Alexander Presbyterian Church, 108 Main Street. At the family’s request, please no flowers.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Cremation & Funeral Care by Danielle Andy Belusko, McMurray.
