Shelia Bernell Pallett

Shelia Bernell Pallett, 83, of Washington, died Friday, March 29, 2013, in Washington Hospital.

She was born October 26, 1929, in Scenery Hill, a daughter of Charles C. and Wilkie Townsend Williams.

Mrs. Pallett was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall.

She was a homemaker who at one time worked at Brockway. She enjoyed spending time with her grandson.

On June 27, 1958, she married Melvin L. Pallett, who died July 21, 2003.

Surviving are a son, Daniel L. (Melissa) Pallett of Carolton, Ohio; a daughter, Shirley J. Pallet of Washington; a brother, Charles (Leah) Williams of Amity; two sisters, Erma Stowinsky of Scenery Hill and Linda (Larry) Bowman of Washington; and a grandson, Benjaman Pallett of Carlton.

Deceased are a daughter, Nancy Pallett; three brothers, Franklin Delano, Denver G. and John Rex Williams; and two sisters, Madeline Craig and Helen Saffle.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington. A service will be held Saturday, April 6, at a time to be announced.
