Frank T. Galicic

Frank T. “Buster” Galicic, 88, of Cecil, died Thursday, May 2, 2013.
He was born February 6, 1925, in Cuddy, a son of the late Frank J. and Amelia Kraus Galicic.
On August 11, 1951, he married Eileen Miller, who survives.
Mr. Galicic was a decorated veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of Cecil American Legion, SNPJ Sygan 6 and McDonald-Cecil Senior Center.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three children, Ron (Karen) Galicic of Rostraver Township, Dave (Kim) Galicic of Cecil and Lisa (Rich) Pustovrh of Cuddy; two grandchildren, Katie Galicic and Richie Pustovrh; four brothers, Joe (the late Doris) Galicic, Ray (Ida) Galicic, Bill (Rita) Galicic and Ed (Carolyn) Galicic; and four sisters-in-law, Naomi Sloka, Mamie Papeaka, Eva Tabone and Ruth Miller. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a son, Frank Louis Galicic.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, 412-221-3333. Additional visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m., at which time a funeral service will be held, Thursday, May 9, in the funeral home. Interment to follow in Melrose Cemetery, South Fayette Township, with full military honors. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
