Clarence I. Beall, 86, of Dilliner, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
Visitation will be held 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Saturday and 1-2 p.m., the hour of service, Sunday, May 19, in Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion.
Gary D. Briggs, 66, of McDonald (South Fayette Township), died Wednesday, May 15, 2013, in his home.
At the request of the family, arrangements are private and are entrusted to Thomas-Little Funeral Service Inc., McDonald.
Pauline George, 94, of Rices Landing, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
Mrs. George requested no services.

Kenneth Alvin “Fuzzy” Gray Sr., 72, of Washington, died Thursday, May 16, 2013, in Greenery Specialty Care, Canonsburg, following a two-year illness.
He was born August 5, 1940, in Washington, a son of the late Clarence and Anna-Marie Yater Gray.
Mr. Gray worked as a truck driver for William H. Martin for 12 years and also owned his own refuse business for many years.
He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
On September 10, 1960, he married Erma Mae Holmes, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Kenneth A. Gray Jr. (Tammy) of Washington; four daughters, Debbie Bebout (James) of Washington, Patricia Cogniet (Joseph) of Westland, Becky Loar (Gastar Dias Mendez) of Washington and Diana Barnhart (William Loar) of Washington; and nine grandchildren, Kristy, Ryan, Randy, James, Tina, Ashley, Kevin, Korey and Amber.
Deceased are a sister, Shirley White, and a brother, Harry Gray.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 18. Michael V. Konyk, 91, of Canonsburg, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013, in Broadmoor Senior Living, Bridgeville.

Robert Arthur Lunn, 86, of Washington, died Friday, May 10, 2013, in Washington Hospital.
He was born August 18, 1926, in Irwin, a son of the late James M. Lunn and Ruth Wright Lunn.
Mr. Lunn was in the U.S. Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Princeton.
He was a graduate of Penn State University with a business degree.
Mr. Lunn was a bank manager at PNC (formerly PNB) for 45 years.
He was a lifelong member of Taylorstown Presbyterian Church and the chaplain at the Taylorstown American Legion. He was a member of Sunset Lodge, 32nd degree, a former Boy Scouts scoutmaster and an Eagle Scout.
Mr. Lunn was a very handy person who enjoyed caning chairs and the outdoors.
On December 20, 1948, he married Joyce Arlene Winand, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Scott “Shoe” Lunn of Deer Lake; a daughter, Rebecca Danley of Tuscon, Ariz.; three grandchildren, Joyce Ann, Melissa and Eric Lunn; and three great-grandchildren, Sarah, Haley and Katelynn.
Deceased is a brother, Stanley Dean Lunn.
A memorial service will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 26, in Taylorstown Presbyterian Church with a dinner to follow. Arrangements are being handled by William G. Ambrose B. Palfi, 91, of Richeyville, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013, in Uniontown Hospital.
He was born January 2, 1922, in Daisytown, a son of the late Frank and Esther Lelkach Palfi.
Mr. Palfi was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, having served in campaigns in Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland and Central Europe. For his services, he was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal with four bronze stars and the World War II Victory Medal.
He retired in 1979 from J&L Steel’s Vesta 5 prep plant. He was a member of United Mine Workers of America.
Mr. Palfi was a 54-year member of Hancock-McCune-Horn American Legion Post 705, Centerville, and a lifelong member of St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Richeyville.
He enjoyed playing the guitar and harmonica, as well as gardening, bird watching and nature in general.
On November 28, 1946, he married Andrea White Palfi, who died January 21, 1985.
Surviving are a daughter, Rochelle Gaul, his caretaker, and a son, Randall Palfi (Kim), both of Richeyville; three grandchildren, Brian Hershbine, Nicole Conrad and Andrew Palfi; six great-grandchildren, Chelsey Conrad, Grant, Gavin, Greyson and Ashlyn Hershbine and Oceana See; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his parents and wife, are a daughter, Charmaine Hershbine, and three sisters, Julia Palfi, Margaret Urick and Bessie Ilko.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, where prayers will be said at 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 20, followed at 10 a.m. by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Richeyville, with the Rev. Edward Yuhas as celebrant. Interment will be in Beallsville Cemetery. Military rites will be accorded by Hancock-McCune-Horn American Legion Post 705. Carl H. “Joe” Werner Jr., 76, of McDonald, died Wednesday, May 15, 2013, in Canonsburg General Hospital.
He was born August 31, 1936, in Oakdale, a son of the late Carl H. Werner Sr. and Elizabeth Bernhart Werner.
Mr. Werner was a steelworker with Columbia Teledyne Co.
He was a life member of Oakdale Volunteer Fire Department and was an avid softball player for many years.
Mr. Werner was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard.
Surviving are his wife of 48 years, Judy Iglar Werner; a son, Edward Werner of Ocean City, Md.; a daughter, Debra (Don) Cimarolli of Findlay Township; a grandson, Devin C. Donaldson; a sister, Mary Lou (Donald) Henry of Oakdale; a father-in-law, Edward Eglar; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, are a brother, John Werner, and a sister, Ruth Anne Snatchko.
