Frank Regish, 77, of Clarksville, died Thursday, October 31, 2013, in his home surrounded by his family.
He was a 1954 graduate of East Bethlehem High School.
Mr. Regish was previously employed in an auto factory warehouse and also worked as a packer for a residential moving company, both located in Detroit.
He enjoyed watching sports on television, especially baseball and football, and watching classic movies. Vegetable gardening and caring for feral cats around his home brought him much enjoyment.
Surviving are two sisters, Mary Pache of Saginaw, Mich., and Irene Payne of Milwaukie, Ore.; two brothers, Stephen Regish (Jean) of New Boston, Mich., and Andrew Regish of Jefferson; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, are four brothers, John Reggish, Joseph Regish, Charles Reggish and Michael Reggish; and two sisters, Elizabeth Abraham and Annie Cole.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Greenlee Funeral Home, 42 Bank Street at Crawford Road, Fredericktown, where a blessing service will be held at 9:45 a.m. Monday, November 4, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St. Thomas Roman Catholic Church, Clarksville, with the Rev. Francis Frazer as celebrant. Interment will be in Greene County Memorial Park, Morgan Township.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Washington Area Humane Society, P.O. Box 66, Eighty Four, PA 15330.
