1934 – 2013

Gail Jean Pearson, 78, of Washington, died Monday, November 4, 2013, in Kade Nursing Home, Canton Township.

She was born November 22, 1934, in Washington, a daughter of Oscar Davis and Myrtle Glaum Davis, who are deceased.

Mrs. Pearson was employed for 31 years at Brockway 7 as a packer and ARC Human Services, from which she retired.

She attended Davidson Methodist Church.

Mrs. Pearson was married to Robert Pearson, who died in 1979.

Surviving are a son, Ronald D. (Denise) Davis of Washington; a sister, Maxine I. Roberts of Eighty Four; two grandchildren, Heather (Jon) Fischer of Delray Beach, Fla., and Shawn (Meghan) Davis of Canonsburg; and special longtime friends, Linda and Al Chieffalo and Patrick.

Deceased are four brothers, Carl, Merle, Jack and twin Dale; and a sister, Geraldine Berkey.

Friends will be received from noon to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 8. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
