Stephen B. Baloga, 90, of Burgettstown, died Saturday, November 16, 2013, in his home.

Spraggs resident
Barbara L. Bruno, 62, of Spraggs, died Friday, November 15, 2013, in her home.
She was born May 4, 1951, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Virginia Bowers Thomas.
She was a 1969 graduate of West Greene High School.
On May 28, 1985, she married Thomas P. Bruno, who survives.
Mrs. Bruno retired from Rolling Meadows Nursing Home, where she worked as a nurse’s aide.
She was a member of Crossroads Church in Morgantown, W.Va.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Scott I. Staggers (Jennifer) and Steven L. Staggers (Sherrie), both of Spraggs; five grandchildren, Brittany Staggers Ellis, Ashley Staggers, Jacob Staggers, Madison Staggers and Brodie Staggers; three brothers, Kenneth Thomas Jr. (Rose) of Waynesburg, Robert Thomas of Spraggs and Gerald Thomas (Davetta) of Waynesburg; two sisters, Joyce Tharp (Doug) of Wind Ridge and Kimberly Thomas of Spraggs; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 20, with Pastor Chris Priestly officiating. Interment will follow on the family farm.

Beloved wife, mother and grandmother
Joan J. Ziegler DeGruttola, 80, of Canonsburg, formerly of Dormont, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
Mrs. DeGruttola was an active member of Canonsburg Senior Citizens Center and volunteered at Hidden Treasures in Canonsburg.
She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond DeGruttola; loving mother of Joseph P., Donald M. (Stana) and Mary DeGruttola, Amy J. (Carl) Puglisi and Kelly J. (Chris) Farabaugh; cherished grandmother of Nathan (Kyrie) and Michael (Crystal) DeGruttola, Anthony and Jason Puglisi, and Dylan and Emma Farabaugh.
Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her parents, Joseph and Hazel Ziegler; her grandson, Nicholas Ty Puglisi; and her siblings, John “Jack,” Frances, Hazel “Honey” Klink and her twin brother, Joseph Ziegler.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Inc., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 18, in the funeral home chapel.

Devoted wife, mother
Ethel Mae Fullum, devoted wife for 59 years of the late Malcolm V. Fullum, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013.
Mrs. Fullum was born in Washington to the late Rev. Nelson and Ora Gray December 13, 1931.
She was the loving mother of Dr. Terrence Fullum and the late Pamela Lee Stovall, and sister of Inell Gray and Christine Barron.
Also surviving are six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from noon to 1 p.m., the time of service, Tuesday, November 26 in the chapel of Donaldson Funeral Home P.A., 313 Talbott Avenue, Laurel, Md. Interment will be in Columbia Memorial Park, Clarksville, Md.

Abundant Life Baptist Church member
Lloyd Liggett King Jr., 72, of Washington, died unexpectedly Friday, November 15, 2013.
He was born August 22, 1941, in Washington, a son of Lloyd L. King Sr. and Lucy Mae Moore King.
Mr. King was employed at Westinghouse as a draftsman and CAD operator.
He was a member of Abundant Life Baptist Church.
Mr. King enjoyed boating, camping, outdoor activities and spending time with family.
On June 12, 1965, he married Loretta M. Cummins King, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Troy V. (Kathrin) King of Towson, Md.; a brother, John (Judy) King of Washington; three grandchildren, Benjamin Murray King, Tyler Murray King and Patrick Murray King; four nephews, William King, Robert W. (Belinda) Riggs Jr., Pastor Joseph D.(Joann) Riggs and Gary Lee (Sara) Riggs; five nieces, Heather King, Stacy (Ed) Zappi, Jamie (Earl) Cummins, Holly (Dr. Roger) Rosenau and Kelly W. (Beth) Riggs; great-nieces and great-nephews Camden, Evyn and Maddie Zappi, Madison King, Meshach and Mierra Miller and Chance, Joey and Billy Gray; sister-in-law Louise Ranson; and brother-in-law Harold Cummins.
Deceased is a brother, David, who died at birth.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, with the Rev. George Garancosky officiating. Burial will follow in Independence Cemetery.

Peters Township School District board member
Robert Frank Milspaw, 65, of Peters Township, died Thursday, November 14, 2013.
He was born April 20, 1948, in Pittsburgh, a son of Luther E. and Dorothy Johnson Milspaw.
Mr. Milspaw was a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College. He went on to work for PNC Bank for 35 years to provide for his loving family.
He was a lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area, where he served on the boards of the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony and Peters Township School District.
Mr. Milspaw’s sense of humor and generous heart will be sorely missed.
He was the beloved husband of the late Judy Ann Poole Milspaw; loving father of Jessica (Dennis) Pennell of New York, N.Y., Bobby (Lucinda Aron) Milspaw of Atlanta, Ga., and Brett Milspaw of New York; grandfather of Jack Pennell; brother of Luther E. (Jeannine Turgeon) Milspaw Jr., Geoffrey (Susan) Milspaw and Margaret Milspaw. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Orr Center volunteer
Janet Frances Parry, 70, of Waynesburg, died Friday, November 15, 2013, in Washington Hospital.
She was born October 20, 1943, in Green Tree, a daughter of the late Frank E. and Viola DePaolo Cinker.
Mrs. Parry worked as a paramedic and security officer for U.S. Steel at Edgar J. Thompson Works. She helped organize ambulance service in Clairton and West Mifflin and volunteered as a paramedic. Mrs. Parry was a paramedic instructor for the Community College of Allegheny County South Campus. She had also served as a volunteer, working with homeless people at the Orr Center in Pittsburgh.
She enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening.
Surviving are her husband, Henry J. Parry, whom she married October 15, 1982; a son, Robert Sobczak of Washington; a daughter, Shari Crothers of Tidioute; and two brothers, Bill Gibellino of Tucson, Ariz., and Butch Gibellino of Harrisburg.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 19, with the Rev. Richard J. Thompson officiating. Interment will be in Holy Souls Catholic Cemetery, Campbell’s Run Road, Coraopolis.
