Garards Fort resident

Evelyn Lorraine Gephart, 57, of Garards Fort, became an angel Monday, September 30, 2013, after a long battle with cancer.

She was born December 4, 1955, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Robert B. Gephart (deceased May 15, 1965) and Margaret L. Lipscomb Gephart (deceased August 24, 2012).

Surviving are two sons, Robert “Fred” Gephart (Tiffany) and Daniel Conard; a daughter, Autumn Conard Fike (Robert); five grandchildren, Kendra, Robert and Warren Gephart and Emily and Josh Conard; six sisters, Sally Harbarger (James Yoders), Robin Conklin, Dessie Conard, Ellen Higginbotham, Alice Conard (Larry) and Virginia Mosley; two brothers, Bennie Gephart and Ira Brewer (Theresa); and many nieces and nephews.

Deceased are four brothers, William and Robert Gephart, Ward and Richard Brewer, and a sister, Shelby Hetz.

Mrs. Gephart loved her grandchildren dearly. She enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling to Florida and going to flea markets.

Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday in Lesako Funeral Home Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, where a service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 3, in the chapel with the Rev.
