Anna D. Wilkerson, 55, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Canonsburg, died Wednesday, October 2, 2013, in Mt. Carmel West Hospital, Columbus.

She was born January 10, 1958, in Washington, a daughter of the late Arthur Don and Nettie Mae Hughes Wilkerson.

Ms. Wilkerson was a 1975 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School.

She worked from 1979 to 1998 in several area electronic companies holding various positions.

Ms. Wilkerson volunteered civically, with senior citizens and with the handicapped.

Surviving are three sisters, Betty Asbury and Brenda Thompson, both of Columbus, and Tammie Jackson (Brandon) of Glenn Dale, Md.; a brother, Duane Wilkerson (Rhonda) of Fitchburgh, Mass.; three nieces, Tiffany Savannah and Brittany and Paris Jackson; a nephew, Kevin Terrell; a great-niece, Xavia Hill; and an uncle, James Wilkerson of Philadelphia.

Deceased are a son, Darrell “Danger” Wilson; a sister, Kathryn Savannah; and a brother, Ronald Savannah.

Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner/supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, PA 15342. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 12, in Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Canonsburg, with the Rev. Anita Lovell officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
