Stephanie Ferralli Hasyn returned to her Lord August 31, 2013, after suffering a severe stroke.
She was born December 5, 1954, in Washington.
Deceased are her mother, Rose Leone-Ferralli and father, Peter Ferralli Sr., both of Washington, and twin sisters, Catherine and Rose.
Surviving are her husband, John Hasyn of Philadelphia; a son, Paul; daughter, Christye; brothers Peter Ferralli Jr. of Chandler, Ariz., Samuel Ferralli of Dayton, Ohio, and Stephan Ferralli, her twin, of Dunkirk, Md.; and their respective families.
She graduated from Immaculate Conception High School in Washington in 1972. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a certificate in Medical Technology from Washington Hospital and a MBA in Computer Science from Temple University.
Mrs. Hasyn was a member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of America, local Vittoria Lodge.
After the passing of her mother, she made sure that the family traditions were not forgotten. She would bake holiday cookies, sending them to her brothers every Christmas.
