Bettye Jewell Morgan, 81, of Washington, formerly of Bridgeville, died December 31, 2013.
She was born June 6, 1932, in Owensboro, Ky., a daughter of the late Owen and Bessie Curry Morgan.
On February 16, 1951, she married Robert Morgan, who died in 2004.
Mrs. Morgan enjoyed horse racing at The Meadows Racetrack & Casino and loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are a daughter, Darla Jo (Ben) Bolon; two sons, Perry (Nancy) Morgan and Terry (Suzi) Morgan; and a sister, Shirley Lamb.
Also surviving are nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Dana Morgan; a sister, Zemma Polley; and a brother, Jack Morgan.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, 412-221-3333, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 4, with the Rev.
