Virginia R. Wasik Krek
Beloved wife, cherished grandmother
Virginia R. Wasik Krek, 80, of Presto, died Saturday, March 1, 2014.
Mrs. Krek was an employee of the Radisson Green Tree Marriott for 25 years and a member of Bridgeville American Legion and Bridgeville Sygan SNPJ.
She was the beloved wife of the late John G. Krek; daughter of the late Stanley and Jenny Wasik; devoted mother of Linda (Alan) Bambic, Irma Krek, Diana Boyce and John (Marian) Krek; sister of Stephen Wasik, Chester Wasik, Helen Buydash, Christine (Don) Sherge, the late Julie Ceyrolles, the late Stella Teyssier and the late Rose Lousie Wasik; cherished grandmother of Michael Krek, Jason (Becky) Boyce, Joshua Robson, Katie Krek and John Krek; and great-grandmother of five. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m. in Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, 412-221-3333. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, March 7, 2014, at St. Barbara Church, Bridgeville.
