Pearl Louise Bails

Pearl Louise Bails, 69, of Eighty Four, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017, in her home.

She was born February 24, 1948, in Peters Township, a daughter of the late Lester and Pauline McBride McClintock.

Mrs. Bails was a 1966 graduate of Peters Township High School.

Prior to her retirement, she worked as a food service manager.

On May 27, 1972, she married her husband of more than 38 years, Donald D. “Kid” Bails, who passed away May 31, 2010.

Surviving are a son, Daniel Allen Bails and wife Sonya of Canonsburg; a daughter, Heidi Renee Bails and companion David Smythe of Eighty Four; a brother, Charles “Butch” McClintock of Tennessee; two sisters, Darlene George and husband Paul of Kentucky and Dorothy Byers and husband Bernard of Cleveland, Ohio; a daughter-in-law, Dorinda Bails-Ghrist and husband Robert of Canonsburg; four grandchildren, Shane (Faith), Melissa, Brianna and Tanner; a great-grandchild, Lillianna; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased, in addition to her parents and husband, is a son, Eric Donald Bails.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, J. David Sollon, director, 724-746-1000, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 8, with the Rev. Donald C. Austin officiating. Interment will follow in Chartiers Hill Cemetery, Canonsburg.
