Kenneth Keith McKinney Jr.
Kenneth Keith McKinney Jr., 68, of Atlasburg, formerly of Washington, passed away Sunday morning, December 17, 2017, in his home, with his loving family by his side.
He was born May 11, 1949, in Washington, a son of the late Kenneth K. McKinney Sr. and Violet Kopko McKinney.
After attending Trinity High School in Washington, Mr. McKinney enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He retired from American Bridge Co. in Coraopolis, where he was a welder, truck driver and supervisor.
Mr. McKinney enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and camping, and working on classic cars.
His wife, Mary Patricia Harshey McKinney, whom he married November 30, 1984, survives.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his children, Donald L. Loughhead Jr. and wife Amber of Burgettstown, Patricia R. Roskowski and husband Adam of Atlasburg, Kenneth J. McKinney and wife Amanda of Burgettstown, Felicia Huxley and husband Thomas of Hanover Township, Keith McKinney and wife Lora of Brussels, Belgium, and Belinda Kahn and husband Derek of Newport News, Va.; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four brothers, Larry Kopko and wife Ann Marie of Kent, Ohio, Jeff McKinney and wife Lori of Washington, Gary McKinney and wife Sheila of Washington and Randy McKinney and companion Paula of Washington; two sisters, Debbie Harshey and husband Larry of Atlasburg and Mary Graham, wife of the late Robert “Toad,” of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to his parents, are a grandson, Logan Carter McKinney; a brother, Dennis McKinney; and a sister, Donna Work.
Friends will be received from noon to 2 and 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, December 20, in Lee & Martin Funeral Home, 73 Highland Avenue, Burgettstown, PA 15021.
