Tyler Lynn Doman
The world got a little bit darker when, Saturday, November 11, 2017, one of its brightest lights went out.
Tyler Lynn Doman was 26 years old.
His family’s cherished, bright-eyed boy will forever be remembered by all whose lives he touched.
Mr. Doman was a 2010 graduate of Carmichaels High School. He was an avid outdoorsman, union coal miner and motorhead. He loved golfing with his dad. He was an athlete and occasional guitar player. He simply got the most out of life.
It was impossible to have a bad day with “Ty-Too” in the room. Mischievous, a prankster and so, so witty, he had an infectious sense of humor.
He helped with the Crucible Veterans’ Memorial and loved his crew at Greene County Slavonic Club.
When they were all younger, he was the first grandchild, and he led his mostly girl cousins on grand adventures in his beloved woods. They adored him, their polar star.
Mr. Doman was a Boy Scout in every sense of the word, and was quite simply a genuinely good and decent young man. His loved ones shall never be the same.
Surviving are his adoring parents, Frank and Mary John Doman; his grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Martin Coode; aunts Leigh Ellen Coode Bibb and Kimberly Doman Neighbors and husband John; and uncles Thomas R. Doman Jr. (Pattie), James M., Kelly D. (Cynthia Marietta), T. Saundy, and Stephen Lynn Coode (Amanda). His cousins include Sarah G. and Hannah M. Bibb, Thomas R. III, Zachary and Zane Doman, Elizabeth M., Breanna R., Thomas M., Connor D. and Ripley S. Coode and Aimee Dow.
Deceased are his grandfathers, Thomas R. Doman and Dr. Thomas H. Coode; his grandmother, Francis Ann Smalish Doman; an aunt, Philomena Doman Dow and husband Larry; and cousins Rocky and Nina Doman and James Dow.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that you donate your time or money to your favorite charity.
Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m., the time of services, Thursday, November 16, in Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, PA 15320, with the Rev. John M. Bauer officiating.
