Lillian Longevitsh
Lillian Longevitsh, 102, of Canonsburg, formerly of Avella, passed away Monday, November 13, 2017, in Paramount Senior Living of Peters Township.
She was born January 13, 1915 in Wellsburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late Pete and Sarah Alessi Ragusa.
Mrs. Longevitsh attended Avella High School and was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church of Avella.
She was a resident of Avella until she moved to Canonsburg in 2005.
On August 28, 1958, she married Frank Longevitsh, who died January 30, 1982.
Surviving are a son, Joseph J. Noble of Canonsburg; four grandchildren, James, William Jr., Desiree and Julie; and seven great-grandchildren, Ashley, Zachery, Vincent, Colin, William, Jack and Ryan.
Deceased, in addition to her husband and parents, are a son, William Noble, and two brothers, Steven Bradford and Pete Ragusa.
At the request of the deceased there will be no public visitations.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 18, in St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, 97 Highland Avenue, Avella, with the Rev. Robert M. Staszewski officiating. Burial will be private.
