Magdalena Ottilie Wojuzak
Magdalena Ottilie Wojuzak, 70, of Cecil, died Thursday, November 16, 2017, in South Hills Rehabilitation and Wellness Center.
She was born April 13, 1947, in Munich, Germany, a daughter of the late Nikolaj and Ottilie Schuster Gnedko.
Mrs. Wojuzak immigrated to the United States as a child, graduated from Riverside High School in Buffalo, N.Y., and became a U.S. citizen.
She was a member of Cecil American Legion Auxiliary and attended St. Mary Parish, Cecil.
Mrs. Wojuzak enjoyed visiting the casino, reading, watching TV and caring for her cat, Boots.
She was a laborer at Coppers Chemicals, South Fayette Township, prior to her retirement.
Surviving are a son, Michael Dashineau of Cecil; two grandchildren, Samantha Dashineau of Philadelphia and Nicholas Dashineau of Cecil; and a brother, Peter (Maggie) Schuster of Buffalo.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, is her husband, Robert Thomas Wojuzak, who died in 2009.
Friends will be received from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the time of a blessing service, Tuesday, November 21, in Coleman-Taylor Funeral Services, 378 Millers Run Road, Cecil, with Father Stan Gregorek officiating. Interment will follow in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township.
