Kenneth M. Miller Sr.
Kenneth M. Miller Sr., 70, of Waynesburg, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018, in his home.
He was born March 25, 1948, in Wheeling, W.Va., a son of the late Ernie and Dorothy Greathouse Miller.
Mr. Miller was a retired maintenance worker for Waynesburg University.
He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Navy.
On June 8, 1970, he married his wife of 47 years, Brenda Joyce Cheksoky Miller, who passed away January 1.
Mr. Miller was a member of American Legion Post 330 in Waynesburg.
He was a loving husband and father.
Surviving are two sons, John Miller (Terri) and Joey Phillips, both of Waynesburg; daughter Amanda Wilson (Jason) of Marianna; six grandchildren, Brittany Ardeno (Cory) of Colorado Springs, Colo., Caitlin Wilson and Kendra Wilson of Marianna, Kenzi Miller of Waynesburg and Sadie Phillips and Sierra Phillips of Waynesburg; and a sister, Sandra Russell of Carmichaels.
Deceased is a son, Kenneth M. Miller Jr.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, where a service will be held at noon Friday, April 6, with the Rev. William Parker officiating, followed by interment in Monongahela Hill Cemetery, Greensboro. Graveside military honors will be accorded by American Legion Post 330, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4793 and Disabled American Veterans 123.
