David D. Dugan
David D. Dugan, 66, of Burgettstown, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018, in St. Clair Hospital, Mt. Lebanon.
He was born January 9, 1952, in Sewickley, a son of the late Doran Vaughn and Elizabeth M. Buyaki Dugan.
In addition to his parents, deceased is a sister, Donna Maxin.
David was Catholic.
He enjoyed spending time with family and vacationing in Cabo San Lucas and Fort Myers, Fla. He previously served as general manager of Little League baseball and coach of Lions football.
Dave recently retired from BASF, Monaca, as a distributed control system (DCS) operator.
Surviving are his wife of over 45 years, Betty Thomas Dugan; daughters Jaclyn Barton (Eric) of Weirton, W.Va., and Jamie Midler (Mike) of Burgettstown; sons David J. Dugan (Kristen) of Boardman, Ohio, and Jonathan Dugan (Vicki) of Centre Township; grandchildren Drew, Loganne, Mason, Ava, Nicholas and Chelsea; sisters Barbara Laird (Nick) of Hopewell and Patricia Dunivan (Russ) of Michigan; a brother, Jerry Dugan (Brenda) of Tennessee; and a brother-in-law, Tom Maxin of Moon Township.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Steel and Wolfe Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, W.Va., where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 12, with the Rev. Larry Dorsch presiding.
