Janet A. Lyon
Janet A. Lyon, 85, of Deming, N.M., formerly of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 8, 2018, in New Mexico.
She was born June 6, 1932, in Canonsburg, to Arthur and Mary Campbell Totterdale, who preceded her in death.
On November 30, 1973, she married George R. Lyon Jr., who passed away in July 2011.
She is survived by her five daughters, Brenna, Brenda, Vicky, Eileen and Renie; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Janet will be reunited in heaven with her husband and parents; son Eric Gazvoda; brother Ronald Totterdale; and grandson Joe Darras.
She will be deeply missed and never forgotten by all who knew and loved her.
Friends are welcome from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., the time of services, Monday, April 16, in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services Inc., Joseph P. Salandra, LFD, owner/supervisor Darla A. Tripoli, LFD, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens in McMurray.
