Donna F. Salsberry
Donna F. Salsberry, 70, of Clarksville, passed away peacefully Monday, July 30, 2018, in her home, with her family by her side.
Born March 28, 1948, in Wheeling, W.Va., a daughter of the late James F. and Helen V. Grall Ealy.
Donna was a Greene County resident most of her life. She graduated from West Greene High School in 1967. She later attended Waynesburg College and received her associate’s degree in secretarial science May 20, 1990.
Donna was a former member of Enon Baptist Church in West Finley.
She was an animal lover. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, video games and gardening. She adored spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Donna is survived by her four children, Charles M. Salsberry of Clarksville, Mark A. (Tina) Salsberry of Clarksville, Melanie J. (Salsberry) Leonard of Clarksville and Jeffrey S. (Wendy) Salsberry of Carmichaels; 13 grandchildren, Ashley Bennett of Junction City, Kan., Casey Howard of Clarksville, Sheanna (Chris) Danko of Bobtown, Amanda (Richard) Howard of Carmichaels, Jeff (Bubby) Husk of Ohio, Chay (Anthony) Porterfield of Fairmont, W.Va., Brenda (Gage) Buffington of Clarksville, Abigail (Wil) Howard of Clarksville, Nina Salsberry of Clarksville, Devin Salsberry of Carmichaels, Jacob Robison of Carmichaels, Darin Salsberry of Carmichaels and Wyatt Salsberry of Carmichaels; 12 great-grandchildren; four brothers, Tom Ealy of Ohio, George Ealy of Rogersville, Barry Ealy of West Finley and Kevin (Ann) Ealy of Wind Ridge; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, three brothers, “James” Fred, Dave and John Ealy, and two sisters, Mary Belle Chadwick and Sharon Grimm.
A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, August 17, in Enon Cemetery, West Finley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Amedisys Hospice, 2183 McClellandtown Road Masontown, PA 15461.
