Amy L. Ruse-Supler
Amy L. Ruse-Supler, 35, of Carmichaels, went to be with her Lord at 9:13 p.m. Monday, August 13, 2018, in Washington Hospital, following a lengthy battle with cancer.
She was born February 11, 1983, in Morgantown, W.Va., a daughter of Kathleen (Quinn) Cumberledge of Carmichaels and the late Denzil B. Ruse. Amy loved nature and being outside, spending time with her children, coloring and doing cross stitch.
She worked for Family Ties Home Health Care, Respi Center and Bailey Coal Mine. She was always motivated and on the go.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her fiancé of 14 years, Mark Supler of Carmichaels; son Connor Ruse of Carmichaels; two daughters, Jalane Supler of Carmichaels and Karmen Supler of Carmichaels; two stepsons, Ayden Dobbins of Jefferson and James Supler of Greensburg, Indiana; two brothers, Josh A. Ruse of Carmichaels and Mark L. Carder and wife Rebecca of Spraggs; sister Heather D. Riley and husband Bradley of Carmichaels; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Deceased are her father, Denzil Ruse; three uncles, Ronald Ruse, Richard Ruse and Kenneth Ruse; paternal grandmother Pauline Ruse; maternal grandparents Kenneth and Claire Quinn; two aunts, Corina and Susan Quinn; uncle Gary Smith; and her best friend, who was like a sister to her, Tracey Thomas.
Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, PA 15320, 724-966-5100 and from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, August 20, with service beginning at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Josh Koss. Interment will follow in Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg.
