James Nelson Burns
James Nelson Burns of California state died Wednesday, August 15, 2018.
He was born August 25, 1982, in Washington, a son of Linda J. Burns of Ohio and the late John A. Burns II.
Surviving are a sister, Stacie Burns Warco (Carl Warco) of Washington; a brother, John A. Burns III (Melissa Burns) of North Dakota; grandmother Lena B. Hughes of Meadow Lands; nieces Eliana Burns, Mariah Burns and Johanna Burns; nephews Joshua Warco, Titus Burns and Levi Burns; and several aunts, great-aunts, uncles and cousins.
Deceased are his grandparents, John A. Burns I and Margaret Burns Lonsway, both of Washington, and Gerald Cheek of West Virginia, and a niece, Allison Jane Warco.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 25, in South Strabane Township Fire Hall, 172 Oak Spring Road, Washington. Burial will be in Washington Cemetery.
