Madeline C. Niewodowski
Madeline C. Niewodowski, 60, of Lawrenceville, formerly of Upper St. Clair, died Saturday, December 1, 2018.
She was born April 8, 1958, in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Robert and Therese Mathias Niewodowski.
On September 1, 1990, she married Bob Balmer, who survives.
Madeline was a graduate of Kings College and University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She recently retired from Ayco Co., Southpointe, where she was employed for 34 years.
She enjoyed traveling, baking and gardening.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Tyson C. and Bobby Balmer; four siblings, Beth (the late Bruce) McCreery, Rob Niewodowski, Mark (Margo) Niewodowski and Regina (Bob Doncourt) Niewodowski; two godchildren, Megan Niewodowski and Katie Doncourt; nieces and nephews Bailey, Mark, James, Amanda, Robbie, Bobby, Rick, Sarah and Emily; and sister-in-law Donna (Jim) Klimas.
Deceased is sister-in-law Deborah Armbruster.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, 412-221-3333, where a gathering will be held at 11 am. Friday, December 7. Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery, McDonald.
