Carolynn Phillips
Carolynn Phillips, 21, of Waynesburg, died Friday, February 2, 2018, in Washington Hospital, of natural causes.
She was born August 16, 1996, in Morgantown, W.Va., a daughter of Ronald M. and Kathryn Warnick Phillips of Waynesburg.
Also surviving are a son, Jacob Phillips; grandmothers Brenda Phillips and Betty Warnick; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her grandfathers, Vernon Phillips and Donald Yeager, are deceased.
She enjoyed raising her beloved son, Jacob, going out with friends and fishing local streams.
