Donald Lee Rohm
Donald “Donnie” Lee Rohm, 52, of Holbrook, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018, in Donnell House, Washington.
Born March 22, 1965, in Waynesburg, he was a son of the late Rex Eugene Rohm and Dixie Catherine Smalley Rohm, who survives.
Mr. Rohm was a 1985 graduate of West Greene High School. He was employed by Eaton Heinz Corp. as a laborer for the last 11 years.
He loved playing video games in his free time. His favorite video game was Pac-Man. He enjoyed traditional board games and collected older versions of them. He also spent time with his friends, Darlene, Ron Lohr and Bill Black and had a special bond with his niece, Tara McCracken. He was one time photographed and featured in a story by the Observer-Reporter as the first purchaser of the movie “Titanic,” upon its initial release.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by three brothers, Rick Rohm of Wind Ridge, Richard (Kathy) Rohm of Dallas, W.Va., and Greg Rohm of Cameron, W.Va..; sister, Kimberly Rohm of Wind Ridge; an aunt, Becky Hixenbaugh of Dover, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, deceased are his grandparents; an uncle, Bill Rohm; and a sister-in-law, Carol Rohm.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Kesterson-Rush Funeral Home LLC., 3275 West Roy Furman Highway, Rogersville, PA 15359,724-499-5181, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 2, with the Rev. Debra Dague officiating. Burial will follow in Jacksonville Cemetery, Wind Ridge.
