Dorothy M. Crowe

Dorothy M. Crowe, 88, of Waynesburg, died at 8:48 p.m. Monday, June 11, 2018, in Uniontown Hospital.
She was born Saturday, January 4, 1930, in Washington, a daughter of the late Glenn Curtis Smith and Goldie Mae Noble Smith.
Mrs. Crowe was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Uniontown. She enjoyed making crafts for others. She really enjoyed spending time with her family and was a homemaker.
Her husband, Charles Raymond “Ray” Crowe, whom she married August 13, 1955, died November 13, 2014.
Surviving are daughters Sandra Sue and husband Larry Ealy of Uniontown and Sarah “Sissy” Crowe at home; sons Donald and wife Joyce Wilson of Charlotte, N.C., George and wife Linda Crowe of Washington and William Curt and wife Myrtle Crowe of Jefferson; daughter-in-law Diana Crowe of Washington; 19 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; sisters Mae Brock and Mary Lou Whipkey, both of Washington; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are son Charles Lee Crowe, a daughter and son who died in infancy, a sister and five brothers.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday in Bible Baptist Church, 1 Evergreen Terrace, Uniontown, PA 15401, where services will be conducted at noon Friday, June 15, with Brother Merv Showalter officiating. Burial will be in Greene County Memorial Park, Morgan Township, PA 15370.
