Adine Freville
Adine Freville, 92, of Midway, died Saturday, March 3, 2018.
She was born January 5, 1926, in Beechview, a daughter of Lewis and Wreatha Malick Gracie.
Mrs. Freville was a graduate of Midway High School.
She worked and retired as a clerk from Hickory Telephone Co., which bought the former Midway Mutual Telephone Co.
Mrs. Freville was a member of McDonald United Methodist Church and its choir and was a Sunday school teacher. She was a Girl Scout leader in Midway for more than 20 years and was past worthy matron of Order of the Eastern Star of the former McDonald Chapter, now Chartiers Chapter 97.
On September 19, 1947, she married Rene R. Freville, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Robert Freville of Midway; a sister, Loretta Gilbert of South Carolina; two grandsons, Shawn Lyle and Zachary Blonski; two great-grandchildren, A.J. and Keirsten Lyle; and a great-great-granddaughter, Savannah Lyle.
Deceased are a daughter, Lorna Blonski, and two sisters, Rosalie Dips and Anita Gracie.
Arrangements are private and directed by Nation Funeral Home Inc., McDonald.
